BiP - Incorrect Skill Recharge? - Guild Wars Forums

I recenly found out that I am only able to cast BiP once ever ~1 second. This is by spamming it. It used to be that there was a delay for the first cast, but then repetative casts after that followed directly every 1/4 a second.

I did not know if they instituted some kind of 1 second minimum spam rate for skills in the recent update, but I did not see anything about it. Is this an accidental change in the update? or is it suppose to be this way now?

edit - this is due to the .75 second after-cast time. But it seemed like BiP did not have this before, I may just be wrong.

Every spell had an aftercast or it's just lag on your part.
